Most of the landlords who are served with notices declaring Government’s intention, have challenged the notices in the Court of Law and since the matter is subjudice, the State Govt. is unable to execute the works on these lands.
शासनाचा उद्देश स्पष्ट करणाऱ्या नोटिसा मिळालेल्या बऱ्याचशा जमीनमालकांनी या नोटिशींना न्यायालयात हरकत घेतली आहे. हे प्रकरण आता न्यायप्रविष्ट असल्याने या जमिनींवरील कामे शासन हाती घेऊ शकत नाही.
