As both the Houses of the State Legislature are not in session and it is necessary to take an immediate action to make a new law for the purpose aforesaid, it is proposed to promulgate an ordinance.
राज्य विधानमंडळाच्या दोन्ही सभागृहांचे अधिवेशन चालू नसल्यामुळे आणि वरील प्रयोजनासाठी नवीन कायदा तयार करण्याची कार्यवाही तातडीने करणे आवश्यक असल्याने एक अध्यादेश काढावा असे सुचवण्यात येते आहे.
